## Who we are

EMOH is an independent real-estate agency based in French-speaking Switzerland. We guide owners, buyers and investors through clear, fast and well-documented transactions.

## Independence

We are not affiliated with any banking group or franchise network. Our partners (banks, notaries, fiduciaries, brokers, architects) are selected on merit and we never take hidden commissions. If a partner remunerates us, it is stated in the mandate.
