EMOH collects only the data required to answer your enquiries (first name, last name, email, phone, message). This data is stored in our internal CRM (hosted preferentially in the EU/CH) and is accessible only to EMOH agents in the course of their work.

You may at any time request access to, rectification, deletion or portability of your data by writing to info@emoh.ch. We reply within 30 days.

No third-party tracker is set by default on this site (no Google Analytics, no Facebook Pixel). The only cookies used are functional (session) or anonymised.

## AI and automated proposals

Our platform uses artificial intelligence to prepare proposals (conversation summaries, email drafts, lead scoring, market recommendations). These proposals are always validated by a human agent before any external action (sending an email, a WhatsApp message, an outbound call, a social media post). AI proposes, humans decide.

## Governing law

This website is governed by Swiss law. In the event of a dispute, the courts of the canton where EMOH Immobilier has its registered office have exclusive jurisdiction.
